New product introduction kits for doctors and Sales Representatives

Each binder was equipped with several clear top loading sheet holders which housed individual literature forms, plus specially constructed poly CD holder. All materials, except the Amgen literature, were produced by Fraser. We project-managed the collation, insertion and fulfillment of each binder, plus shrink wrapping and bulk packing for shipment to Amgen.
